We manufacture, supplier, exporter of different sizes and shapes of pier shuttering, Circular Shuttering, Pier Formwork, which are having various customized shapes and patterns and our set up is sitauted in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India.

These form works are manufactured of composite materials. These are designed and manufactured by us considering all loading conditions while concreting .

We are specialised in Polymer shuttering , also called, PVC shuttering or plastics shuttering. We also manufacture gas storage tank shuttering as shown in other photographs. This shuttering has been used in many sites in India quite satisfactorily. And we have received repeat orders for this plastics shuttering or  PVC shuttering or Polymer shuttering.

Product Details:

This is form work for Over head tank(OHT)/Elevated Storage reservoir(ESR). This includes form work for all parts from column, beam, junction box, tank shell /Top, bottom(as may be preferred), all properely designed and tested assemblies. The product is propely planned for sufficient strength and easy to handle at heights. It gives many repeatitions as well.

Our customised shuttering is also manufactured for community biogas tank RCC tanks of the order of 32 m dia or so and this material is particularly recyclable. This is also called polymer shuttering or plastics shuttering or PVC shuttering.
